房间枕头上有毛人的毛，床单脏有黑的换了一个还是一样，订的海景根本看不到海被前面房子挡住了，空调很长时间才能凉快。刚进酒店一个老大爷挺好的帮我们拿东西送我们上去，服务人员态度还好。
