订的豪华圆景房，入住后才发现免费升级成了一室一厅海景房，带厨房可租用餐具，店家还帮送到房间，离海边太近了，看日落，游泳不要太方便了，楼下就有海鲜大排档，小区对面一家甜品店的椰奶芒果冰球清凉补超好吃，总之这次三亚住宿非常满意

陪着爸妈来三亚玩，住家庭公寓是性价比最高的选择。位置很棒！去机场或者动车站或者各大景点都方便。门口公交也很多！服务很好！设施和卫生确实一般，家庭公寓就这样，这算是不错啦！非常棒！

民宅一间，脏乱差，房间地面有头发球、绒毛球，床单上有污渍，蚊子特别多，点了蚊香也没用，只能把空调开到最冷才能安稳睡觉。
