酒店地理位置好，离海特别近 步行一小会儿就能到。交通便利：酒店位于公交站“农垦医院”附近 从火车站坐4路，十来分钟（直达），去天涯海角坐16路直达！从汽车站也有公交直达！
定的是198的房间 酒店收每晚9块的政府调解基金 价格比较实惠。可能因为太实惠了，房间里没有电脑用 其他设施齐全
酒店下面有个游泳池，坐在旁边，觉得好惬意！
服务人员态度和蔼可亲，很nice。

在10几年前，第一次来三亚，就住这酒店，这次依然选择了这家酒店，去年的年夜饭也预订在这家，酒店虽然有20年了，设施虽然有些老了，但是场景依然如故，最值得推荐的是无论是前台服务员，还是客房服务员，服务态度都非常的好，特别热情，也特别亲切，素质很高 客房中还张贴了很多的温馨提示，酒店很贴心，我弄错了时间，退房没有及时退，前台客服非常的人性化，使我们非常感动，谢谢前台的服务男生的细致周到的解释并给予的优惠，，如今又恢复了早茶，美食很丰富，味道非常的好，特别是皮蛋粥非常美味，吃过其它的地方的早茶还是觉得这里的好，最好恢复早些年的砂锅粥那就更满意了，交通也很便捷，闹市区，去沙滩很方便，买水果去一市场、三市场都非常的方便，客房也提 供WiFi，上网很方便。
