房间设施设备太陈旧，服务态度不好，特别是退房后保安要求收取停车费20元，解释说是住店客人，又要让我出示停车卡，入住至离店前台也没有主动问顾客是否有车停放在酒店。保安这边服务态度更差，必须一定要让我带着个不到2岁的小孩到前台去拿停车卡才给放行，这样的问题保安是否应该主动和前台联系是不是住店客人就不会耽误顾客的出行和后面的车辆！建议酒店加强培训，保安和前台在客人入住时做好车辆登记的衔接工作，本来不想写这些点评，我也是做过20年的酒店管理。
