之前定的标准间后来我们入住当天就发现厕所有蚂蚁，后来找保洁也不知道打扫没有，后来我们晚上又在床上发现了蚂蚁，跟我同行的朋友她皮肤敏感就过敏了，怀疑他床单什么的也不干净，打了两次电话，酒店派人来了两次才给我们免费升级到了套房，好在我们就住一天，当天值班的经理态度也挺好的就没再追究

第二次入住，淡季来说性价比不错，推荐入住。河景房风观很好，但这次住的是庭院房，采光不够，加上房间灯源不够亮，有点不爽。另外建议前台的笑容要多一些，要让顾客宾至如归！

前台服务态度冷淡，到前台刷房卡时全程无一句问候，给房卡时也是单手，这不应该是酒店该有的服务态度。房间床单上有污渍，一块很大的黑点，可是续住后并没有更换，只是用被子盖着，不能理解
