一个公寓式小区，小区里面几乎都是老年人，不知道的还以为是养老院呢，房间跟网站上的图片明显不同，没有图片上漂亮，房间很小，设施陈旧，打扫的不干净，卫生间又旧又脏，下水道的味道很重，都不敢开门，很恶心。这样的房子不值200多，唯一的优势就是地理位置挺好，就在三亚湾海边，过马路就是，公交车站旁边，没有其他优势！

写的25平米，实际上也就十多平米，不超过十五平米，真心小…而且洗手间没有镜子，没有吹风机。好处是可以看到海，但是这个价格性价比不行

在小区里的旅租房，真好意思叫酒店，赤裸裸的欺骗。要不是预付的不能退绝对不会住的。按照导航找不到，还要按照发给你的位置才能找到，无语！房间里什么都没有，简直有点过分。太差了，真心奉劝后来人，慎重！

严格的说这根本不是酒店，就是公寓出租屋，里面就一张床，一个柜子，简陋的不能再简陋，如若不是网上预付，根本无法接受，位置在小区内部，路很窄，非常不好找，唯一的优点就是离海边近点。十分不推荐入住，对于价格来说简直就是坑人，绝对不会再入住了！！

出行比较方便，南门外过马路就是沙滩和椰海长廊，北门外吃饭、租车方便，房间配置一般，属于实惠的生活度假区，服务员认真负责，点赞
