比较不错，主要是位置挺好的，楼下就是大东海，过条马路就到。唯一不好的大概就是设施有点陈旧，应该是房子比较久的原因了，看上去比较旧，厕所里面一个放毛巾衣服的架子都没有，有点不方便，衣架也很旧，弯弯曲曲的，考虑一下换新的不哈哈哈？老板很热情，帮我们升级了房间，安排了高楼层的房间（不过我自己定的房间好像就是图片上这种看海的，所以也差不多吧），总体来说性价比还是可以的，推荐。

价格便宜，楼下有停车位，离大东海非常近。吃东西的地也很多。去鹿回头码头，海天盛筵港都很方便。就是屋里的洗衣机有问题甩干还没手拧的干呢，还有最后一晚睡觉的时候突然没电了，被热醒了。好在联系房东及时给处理了。总体来说这个价格能找到这种位置的两居非常不错了。
