正如大家所说，设施陈旧，且应该是家庭公寓式管理，但环境真心不错，近海景，至少180度可见。建议先住在这两天感受一下海景房，再去好一点的酒店住普通房，绝对是省钱又好的体验

这样低的价格住海景房真太划算了，因为前两天都住隔壁建国酒店400元一晚，这里两间才336,抵啊！当然设施肯定没法比啦！（一分价钱一分货）还有免费游泳池,很值啦！

便宜，位置还可以，周围有不少卖水果和海鲜的地方，房间里可以看到三亚湾。但是酒店的游泳池就不要想了，非常小，不过来三亚就不是来游泳池游泳的。房间蛮大，看起来稍微有点空。

酒店前台态度恶劣就不提了，早餐什么的差得一逼，牛奶都没有，设施陈旧就不说了，空调漏水什么的也不说了，厕所疏水不好结果变成游泳池也不说了，没有wifi什么的也不说了。酒店泳池像婴儿泡澡用的也不提了，最恶劣的是房间桌子竟然是用砖头垫起来的，电视机还是台式老式电视，叫给退房还不退钱，本来订了五天房。实在忍不下去，住了三天就搬走了，房费什么的就别提了。实在令人寒心。建议来三亚的最好别选。
