酒店处于市中心，出行比较方便，酒店的硬件设施太差，卫生间很臭，一晚上没有睡好觉。

就是周边比较乱，晚上11点左右还是有城市里的摩托车按喇叭的声音，不过这也是三亚的一种出行方式和一种风景。

整体算满意的，因为对三亚很熟悉，所以选择这家因为他挨着步行街，对面公交站台有达到各个景区的旅游巴士全程8元，远一点的景区可以在左边的汽车总站可以坐车，打车5元钱可以到第一市场吃海鲜，去大东海做公交在门口，楼层也比较高，看海就算了，虽然看得到但是那个距离看海没感觉，实际去了也没时间在房间呆着，所以如果没车的人住这里是很划算的，便宜，方便是最大的亮点。
