性价比超高，总体来说很满意，这些年住酒店无数，说说扣分的地方：床很硬，不舒服，被子不是白色的，极度不习惯！洗手间的门坏了，不能反锁不方便！退房12点退，因为我习惯了2点退，现在很多酒店有会员，可以延迟到3:00退房的，总体来说还是很赞的，性价比高！

第二次入住，老板便利热情爽快，美丽新海岸小区很大很漂亮，房间干净整洁，住在23层，海风呼呼的，很凉爽，定了双大床，一家三口很舒服，游泳池是孩子最爱，下去就不愿起出来，离海边走路10分钟，晚上小孩抓了很多寄居蟹又放生了。本来打算再续住，可惜小孩牙疼一晚上整夜三个人都没睡好，没办法，早起就退房回亲戚家了。下次还会来住。

帮我们升级了三室一厅，爸妈和孩子住的很开心，这个价格性价比很高了，老板回微信也很快，是第二次入住了，这次定了四晚，最后一张是钟点休息定的最便宜的，爸妈觉得也可以，洗澡水很大，就是三室一厅第一晚住的时候有点味道，透气了就没有了，出门就是海，楼下很多超市，除了吃正餐不方便，其他都很好。

很好的酒店住了好几天、到海边很近过马路就到，小区很美、楼下有早餐，小区门口有公交车可以去各个景点，老板人很好。半夜还来接、下次来还住！挺喜欢的

小区里有餐厅和超市，出了小区就是海边，门口就是公交站，生活游玩都挺方便的，屋内设施齐全，而且坐在阳台吹着海风的感觉非常棒！
