去的时候店里在装修升级，估计过几天，过年那会就会更好了，吃饭，环境都不错，就是办理入住什么的有点慢

离海边真的很近 房间也大 居然还有泳池和无线网络。去景点也是很方便，性价比高 交通便利 房间很干净。

该有的都有，只是硬件设施老了点，酒店服务还可以还算规范(有体会)，离海很近，周边满足生活还算方便，他们以接旅游团为主的，不满意的是酒店的游泳池是摆设还忽悠人，还有过道成了摊档，整个感觉乱，还好了我们每天只是睡个觉。过年整个三亚消费还是比较夸张的，考虑性价比，对住要求不是太高可以考虑

根本就不是酒店，环境相当差，隔音差，各种不干净，连民宅都不如。如果能传照片就好了，拍了各个角落。大家千万别上当了，定了到现场看你就马上想退。到艺龙投诉也没有用，艺龙只管收钱，不负责任。

服务人员态度OK；但酒店设施配套给人内地100块小旅馆感觉，另外热水时常停，而且洗澡时水流到房间到处是。。。。

酒店建筑虽说是别墅式的，可房间里设施很简陋，客气点说，能算是旅馆，离宾馆的等级就差太远了。洗澡水小不说，还有咬人的蚊子，性价比太低了！而且消费连卡都不能刷。。。唯一好评就是客房服务员还算和善
