酒店设施太老旧，两个订单一个房型办理入住，却说此房型没有第二天必须换房，次日让客人收拾行李放置前台等12:00有人退房在入住。前台只用服务员来对付客人，因为酒店房间12:00-16:00一直没打扫，让客人一楼跑到3楼又跑到9楼来来回回折腾，结果还是不能入住，没有相关负责人出面解释。要求退房退款却说客人是在飞猪网上订房，酒店同意退房但是不能退款。网站和酒店明明就是合作单位，却互相推诿，整个就是欺诈。开心的旅游变成窝心闹心。现在已经投诉旅游局和飞猪网的注册地杭州12345等待退款。三亚这样的管理太让人寒心。大家不要在飞猪上订房，就是一个骗子。
