酒店位置离三亚湾步行大概10分钟左右，入住后发现房间空调不够力，店家热情帮忙更换房间，维也纳酒店的管理很给力，服务一如既往的好，出行的首先

酒店因为靠近海边，我奇怪为啥酒店没铺地毯而用地砖。听店家介绍，经常有客人去海边游玩，回来后鞋子上有很多沙子，沙子弄进地毯清理成本太高。酒店服务还是一如既往的好，出行首选。
