酒店位置很好找，靠近三亚海边，金帆船酒店，出门商业全部有，4层，类似民宿，两房一厅房间很大，卫生间需要修改一下。办理入住很细心，态度很好。门口风格很美

店员很好，听说我们带孩子的，给换了比较安静的房间，很感动！位置超级好，去步行街走路不到10分钟，到第一市场也很近。海边环境也很好。晚上自己就有烧烤。就是床上用品都没有洗干净的感觉，最好自己带个床单，被子，枕巾什么的，要不然挺膈应。有提供免费矿泉水，有小块肥皂和洗漱用品。沐浴露和洗发水二合一的。

第一次住民宿，比较主观的评价下，第一天入住赠送一大盒干果和小朋友玩的仙女棒，开始感觉不错，入住了好一会才发现给我们的房间不对，带着小朋友房间太小了，问前台说价格一样，已经被占了，要换只有明天，不发现估计几天也就混过去了，第二天的前台大姐蛮好，再去提出后考虑到小朋友午睡来不及等空闲出来，直接给升级的房间，房间变大，设备也好一点，有个吊扇转转吹吹风还不错，但马桶空间极其小。细节需要提高，服务人员态度友善，外卖不断敲门的感觉还是不错的。离海边近，到哪都很方便，早餐很一般。

地理位置很好，就在凤凰岛入口转盘旁边，离沙滩很近，离解放路步行街也很近，出门就是两个海鲜城，老板娘和工作人员都非常热情，性价比也不错，很舒适愉快的一次入住。
