l在凤凰水城凤凰湾小区里面，小区里有泳池，距离海边20分钟走路，度假公寓。总体还可以，洗漱盆安上镜前灯更好，晚上照镜子黑乎乎的，另外室内燃气热水器应有个简单说明。总体性价比还不错，推荐入住
