离海非常近 酒店位置很好找 作为三亚第一站 很愉快的度过啦 落日很美 酒店提供的遮阳帽 沙滩垫 以及玩沙工具都让人舒心的度过了美好的一天 以及附近有一个大型购物商场 周边好吃的也很多～

隔音效果一般，房间靠海比较潮，建议一直开着空调除湿模式，晚上十点前特别吵，海边有广场舞团。

酒店前台小哥很热情，确实是海景房，但窗户比较小。缺点：艺术客栈就是一面墙有特色，其余的和普通家庭旅馆差不多；晚上十点之前特别吵,海边有大爷大妈的合唱团；隔音效果也一般。

客栈在海边不远，本来应该不错的，但楼下的坝坝舞太无敌了，早上七点过开始，晚上十二点结束，追求环境，想度假的就别来了。不过还是蛮适合年轻人来玩的。
