    总体来说还不错，适合家庭出游，能满足大家不同需求。 周边环境不错，位置好，去海边5分钟就到，坐公交也很方便四通八达。设施齐全，有厨房洗衣机，就是阳台的晾衣杆由于常年不用，都生锈了，不能摇上去，影响美观。因为只有阳台能看见一点儿海，赶巧天公不作美，日日阴天，还是园景房性价比高。另外，窗户不太好关，客厅空调不能用。
