从亚龙湾，到海棠湾，再到三亚湾这么多年五星酒店的好与不好, 脏乱差都已习惯和能接受，比如说三亚湾附近酒店的吵闹飞机起飞影响睡眠啦，三亚湾酒店花园小了拉啦，该图是酒店户外一角，和客房的卫生，被子潮湿啦这些都能忍受，前台的接待服务更是最差的，第一天入住给你升级房间要好评，二天你续住让你再加钱，等等套路，对于一个长住酒店的人都能克服，但唯一有一点不能接受的是房间的装修材料不好导致嗓子疼痛。这是我最不能接受的。

前台小蔡服务热情，由于所订房型没有大床房，主动帮忙升级到雅致海景大床房，很是感谢！而且主动说明房间的冰箱内饮料免费，还有送水果！小蔡全程微笑服务！非常满意！下次还会选择这家酒店！
