前台小姐姐温柔漂亮服务好，不论是客房人员还是泳池酒店员工，每个人都礼貌热情有求必应，非常棒棒👍🏻酒店设施比较新，干净卫生，而且好宽敞，住的非常舒服，体验非常好！特别是有恒温泳池。因为带着孩子，十二月份的三亚泳池的水都比较凉，下不了水，这个恒温泳池孩子们玩嗨了。所以果断续订，又多停留一晚。

三亚丽禾温德姆洒店，第二次来了，前厅小姐姐免费升级了海景房，和去年住的是同一个房间，有一种亲切感，海景房特别舒服，在阳台上有一个大浴盆，躺在里面看日出日落，从酒店专属的海滨浴场回来后，泡在浴盆里洗掉身上的沙子和海水咸实在是十分享受，一楼有个很大的泳池和儿童专属泳池，带孩子来也很好玩，到晚上一楼前厅酒吧有歌手演唱，歌手唱的很好，个人觉得可以去参加中国好声音了。总之各方面服务都很到位，给全五星，全为推荐。
