位置适中，离天涯海角、南山风景区较近，好像是30、40公里的样子，耗了1个小时的车程，市区道路限速、红绿灯多的缘故。

位置好找，停车方便，房间宽大，价格在春节期间挺合理。（门口的早餐汤粉挺有名，晚餐的东北菜也很好）。不足之处：春节带孩子出行，洗衣、晾晒都不方便。
