1.没有安排 2.没有手纸 3.有蟑螂 4.酒店位置不准确，如果需要离海边近，临时加价 5.临时涨价90元 6.不提供可选方案，一句：没房了 7.浴室面盆水龙头是坏的，乱喷水 8.面盆下面的热水器打火器偶尔会发出哒哒哒响声，不会电工的会被吓到，出凉水 9.隔壁装修打电钻，只打了半个小时左右也够吵。这个小区随时有可能装修，是2008年建的小区。

酒店位置特别好处于市中心，靠近海边，出行非常方便，出门两百米左右就可以到海边，周边一条巷子什么吃的都有，非常方便。交通十分便利，去景区玩十分方便。说说房子本身，有停车场，小区环境也很好，很安静，可以看到大海，房间干净整洁，基本设施都非常齐全。工作人员非常亲民，有问题随时都可以解决，还会主动问我们需不需要打扫，还会给我们介绍三亚的吃喝玩乐，非常舒心。还免费提供我们小孩子的推车和挖沙工具，小孩子玩的很开心。对于我们短途来玩的人来说提供的工具十分人性化。推荐大家来住，下次来还住在这里。
