第一次住，和这个价格比，房间的设备和服务还是差点，床还是比较舒服，早上退房时叫客房查房呼叫了五六次没有人答应，没有零钱就一直在那里等，而且服务员没有说一句稍等下的话，这些最基本的礼貌难道酒店的经理都没有教吗，叫会计换零钱就几张20的还要用点钞机在那里数几遍，难道你们交班时没有零钱了，会计来了不会提前换上吗？我们退房也是10点多了，不是早上五六点
