住了两晚都有虫子在浴室爬来爬去。 跟前台反应，他们态度很无所谓，也没有说怎么解决问题， 最后还是我提出要求让他们用杀虫剂喷一下。 怀疑酒店经常有虫子， 前台人员见怪不怪了。 不会再选这家酒店住了。 卫生和服务都很差。

这酒店附近非常多观光节目，例如博物馆，皇后，食嘢非常多选择，交通便利，到机场门口有车，价格不算贵，房间若在trip.com订只有十楼以下楼层。服务态度可以。相片是酒店附近的景点。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Koreana Hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and efficiently.

酒店地理位置非常方便，楼下就是便利店。去各个景点也很方便，景福宫延寿宫步行即可到达。酒店前台可以借转换插头。房间内部设计比较老旧，还好床本身对比首尔其他酒店比较大。

机场巴士可直达酒店 ，地点优势， 环境舒适，邻近影点。
酒店提供付款的洗衣机，干衣机，微波炉， 方便加热食物，有雪柜，房间每天会加水 。
邻近巴士站，地铁站，出入方便。

机场大巴6701无缝衔接 T2客运大楼18口上车1个多小时直达酒店大门 酒店交通便利 步行就到达明洞
酒店装修风格有穿越回80年代的感觉 但是维护管理非常好 倒也怀旧温馨
床垫很舒服 房间面积也满意

Near City Hall blue station. Walking distance ~30mins to myeongdong street. Great amenities, very clean room convenience store right below the hotel! Also there is bus limo right outside the hotel to fro Incheon hotel. Just book a ticket from the hotel receptionist Definitely will come back again

The hotel is located at the city hall side and right in front of the Seoul public library and a nice out door walkway with the statue of king who created Korean language and a respected general (from the movie: the general). Its a bit far (walking) to myeong dong for night snack market. The room is big, back to 90s decorations but comfortable stay. The room I stayed had a bath tub so it was nice to soak my feet in hot water after a long day walk. The water pressure is amazing! Good location if you need to do banking here as all the banks are located this side. Got self service laundry machines 5000 won for washer and 5000 won for dryer
