  There was no option to turn on cooling A/C. Only the heater worked. Only way to cool down the room was to open the window, which made the room too cold. If we close the windows, no air flow inside. If we turn on the heater, room gets too warm. Wish we could control the temp inside. Also, sign said to leave dishes in sink with water filled halfway, which we did, but it was not cleaned by housekeeping. Then saw the sign that said dishwashing service not included. Just confusing due to the conflicting signs. Can't use the pool or sauna if I don't cover tattoos. Rule seems antiquated, or maybe it's a local custom.

  Location is great right next to coex. We reserved a studio deluxe but upon check in was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment so that was really nice. Their service was great. Front desk is friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Seoul.

  Oakwood is always our first choice when traveling to Korea - smooth service as always and clean rooms. This resident hotel is a bit old but has been maintained well and staffs are always very professional and helpful.
