装修旧了点，不过有的楼层重新开始装修，特价楼是4楼，标120实110，新装修的150，洗澡水笼头太陈旧，水压不大，有时温度还低，注意现在是夏季。不知冬季如何。性价比一般

房间挺大的，也挺干净的，就是门窗稍微破点，有蚊子一宿我咬了四个包，不过把空调打低点盖上被子就没问题了。还有就是不太好找。总体说
