第一次这么生气，第一次差评，我也是这家店的老顾客了，每周都来，是不是越经常来越不在乎，人都是这样，平时一些小问题，什么毛巾不干净，柜子里有蟑螂什么我就不说了，点了几瓶饮料，不让送上去我理解，过了几个小时去拿，居然给我扔掉了，前台还一副理所应当，谁叫你不拿的表情，可能看我老熟脸，无所谓。真是醉了，客户的东西放店里，难道就随便处理吗？这样以后谁还敢来。我站了三分钟，一点处理表示都没有，然后我一句话没说就走了，反正下次不会来了，真心失望。
