给3.5分吧。酒店地理位置不错，出行方便，周边有超市，便利店，星巴克咖啡，汉堡王等等。酒店设立在私人住宅里，不太好找。大门口会有安保询问才能进去小区，酒店没有大堂，因为同样设立了门禁，没有门禁卡是进不去的，到了之后电话联系工作人员下来接。1-5层是公寓式酒店，楼上是私人住宅，所以安全系数非常高，同样也很安静，这是优势。房间设施略旧且粗糙，除了标配以外，还设有厨房和洗衣机等等。屋内设有门禁系统，楼下有客人或者外人都是可视的。浴室的地漏排水有严重问题，晚上洗的澡，第二天地上的水居然还在，拖鞋全部湿透了，踩水坑的感觉。如果300多的价格还是可以的，但是600元的房费未免太不值了。只住了一宿果断搬离。
