中午办的入住 东西一放就出去了 房间在二楼 晚上回酒店发现窗户的锁坏掉了 不安全 去前台要求换房 想要楼层高点的房间 说没有 带我们去一楼靠近门口的房间看 结果是个小单间（我订的是大床房）我们不同意 朋友说我在网上订的房间有桌子和沙发的 给我们安排的房间并没有（住的房型与实际不符）去找前台理论 还一定要说就是这种房型 不肯给我们换房 争论了半天 应该是经理出面给我们换了 说只有一个大床 另外两间要换标间 我们同意了 房间在前台所在的那幢楼 换的房间才是我网上看到的 有沙发和桌子 明显比第一次给我们安排的房间要好 我也不是很懂前台为什么一开始不给我们安排这个房间 再来说说后面 洗澡的时候那么大的喷头掉了下来 砸到头 幸亏没出什么事情 想吹头发了 吹风机是坏的 已经很晚了也不想再折腾了 去朋友房间吹的头发 第二天起来准备退房的时候 朋友跟我说 她东西掉在地下 去找的时候 看见床底下有空瓶子这些 我真的是无语了 卫生要这么差 下次去上海不会再选择入住这家酒店
