房间很好。装修很有品味，小巧精致。很难得的是空调非常暖和，零下四度的天气，一般酒店打不到很高，冬天也不太敢出门。但这里没有这问题。早餐环境好，菜品也很不错。

酒店环境和位置都不错，入住还给升级了房型，但是早餐一般，用过的餐具收拾的也不够及时，拿着餐盘等了好久都没有乾净的餐位！

酒店位于地铁17号线青浦新城站上盖，周边公共交通便捷，地下车库免费停车，大堂在五楼，大堂接待nancy服务周到，得知我老婆需要安静的睡眠环境后，热心的帮我们升级了房型，安排了一间安静的房间，特别满意！早餐虽然不能媲美高档酒店，但符合酒店的等级，吃饱没问题，客房乾净整洁，机器人智能送水，紧跟现在酒店智能化服务的发展潮流????

Brought my elderly parents to visit Shanghai and stayed in this hotel with us! They love this hotel very much - especially the buffet breakfast! They start their day with breakfast at 6:30am every morning during their stay - the options available are simple but suit their taste! All the staff (especially the room cleaning and breakfast attendants) were very attentive and looked after my parents well! The check-in service attendants were also very thoughtful, reserving the rooms early for us as she knew we were returning after a few days at Suzhou - this is handy for my elderly parents as they can rest in the room rather than having to wait until the afternoon when the rooms are normally available! Thank you all for the wonderful service!

第一次来青浦入住选择了这家智选，各方面都挺满意的，客房乾净衞生，早餐好吃，楼下地铁十分便利，前台工作人员热情升级房间，询问住客要求，非常的人性化，谢谢詹妮升的房间，入住体验很好，满意呀～

酒店大堂在五楼，下面是地铁，晚上坐地铁来的，十分方便，客房衞生洁净舒适，隔音好，早餐也很好吃，前台服务人员很热情，尤其是Genny，给我我们升级了房间，温声细语特别好看的小姐姐，还帮我们联系了阿姨洗衣服，真的非常感谢，下次过来还会再来这家酒店的，就冲着小姐姐来！

真的不满意， 房间漏水严重，早上8点让我换房。除了给一小袋水果就是道歉。我是不会要的。 水帘洞加水果，又不是拍戏。 平台联系酒店，居然酒店説是我不想换房间。 假日酒店以后都不会选择了。 服务，沟通，处理方式都我遇到最差的。 如果你看到这个评论，请果断换。旁边的全季就可以。
