这个酒店干净卫生，环境优美，安静休息的特别好！24小时有热水，距离广场、上海歌剧院、上海电视台很近！我是美签入住这个酒店，步行十几分钟就到了大使馆！最重要的是价格实惠！我今后到上海办事就入住这个酒店??咯！

前台3月5号晚上8点接线员服务太差了，太差了，太差了，问预订问题直接说“自己联系网站，我又不是专门为你服务的”在这住了那么久，家人住院的事情，见过服务一般的可以理解，店大欺客、反正不缺住的倒是第一次见，希望老板重视，别让这种人坏了一家店！
