服务极差，线上已预付完成的房间，前台竟然说不接受线上预订的，让客户在大堂的沙发上睡了半个小时后，才给开了房间，并且要求办理入住时就用现金全额付清房费。
与携程多次沟通后，找到酒店老板才退还了现金支付的房费。
真心无语的奇葩酒店。

这个酒店让人好无奈╮(╯▽╰)╭，早上1点在携程订好且确认的房间，到中午说不保留了再换成了双床房，入住了发现没有浴巾，，去前台发现黑灯瞎火的说前台下班了，第二天早上7点半去前台结账，没有人上班，说要8点才上班，门口各种摆摊的，已经摆到酒店大厅门口了，也没有人管理，早餐寥寥可数的几样餐点都不想吃，中午赶回去快发票，一直说开收据，说了一会才同意开票。这个酒店真的无语了……
