差评！建议酒店加强员工的素质！顾客办理入住，应该尽快着手入住的事，不要干与工作无关的事！已经预付，然后将身份证交给她，那么，步骤应该是把房卡给我吧？她却让我拿出手机给她办理私人事情，并且不告知，让人以为在手机里是要处理与自己预定房间有关的事，拿起顾客的手机一顿按，终于搞定了之后，在我询问之下，这才得知她是优先在干自己私事，催促之下，总算把房卡给了我，真令人无语！难道不应该先把顾客的入住手续办理好吗？一名前台戴黑框眼镜的女工作人员！
