第一次住全季酒店，没想到是华住旗下的，接待预订服务体验一流，也住过很多国内外五星酒店，光前台而言，服务绝对超五星了。酒店整体提倡环保，客房也简单清爽，看来以后出行首选的酒店了，希望这种特色能一直保留下去，好评，好评，好评。特别是前台，礼仪，妆容，客户同理心都很好，考虑周到，带宝宝去的，主动提供宝宝用具，超贴心，超有爱。难以言表

全季一直都是我家的优选，这次通过艺龙订的，是靠北面的6楼房间，没有风景，前台美眉很贴心，还建议我换单；这次唯一觉得不美的是地板很油腻，踩上去会粘到鞋子，以前基本没这感觉。出租车不能直接到门口，适合私家车出行。感谢前台贴心美眉送我塑料袋保护书包不被雨淋。全季的小卡片做得很nice，赞👍
