赶飞机选了这个离浦东机场相对近的维也纳，先是打开毛巾后吓了一跳，以为是虫子，结果是一小团头发粘粘的恶心死了，叫服务员换了新的。然后打开被子竟然床单枕套上都有血渍。酒店方说是新来的工作人员没经验，我也是服了！一直对维也纳感觉很好，但这次入住简直是恶梦！

连一星都不配，提前许多天订好的房间，半夜到了说房间有问题换到另一个酒店，不容分说，没有商量，直接就拉到丽豪酒店。要是这个好也行啊，大半夜的只想早点休息，可是到了以后郁闷得睡不着了，房间里味道特别大，开开柜子后，房间更是满是甲醛味，打开窗户和房门散了许久。早上下楼吃早饭，前台还不给早餐券，说维也纳没说有早餐，我心中真是一万个草泥马奔腾，我定的全是带早餐的，居然连这个都不协调好，最后又打电话说了半天，这才吃上早饭。那早饭卫生难以描述，盘子上不是菜叶就是污渍；9点半前有早餐，我们9点去吃菜居然都没有了，口说无凭见照片。自认一向比较体谅别人，但这次忍无可忍，首个差评！
