客服管家许娟热情周到的服务给酒店增色不少，这里的服务绝对是一流的。硬件也是一流的：大屏液晶智能电视，全方位的智能马桶，带光带的镜子，双位洗脸池，智能电动窗帘这些设施就是五星级的酒店也不多见。可以说这里的服务一流，硬件设施一流，绝对的双一流，入住这样的酒店绝对是物超所值，能给你一个愉悦的心情！

首先我下午五点入住。首先，为了吃的放心，叫的送餐服务，东西很好吃，性价比超高，对于这样的酒店，菜想不到的便宜。其次，收盘子和重新更换干浴巾的要求都得到满足。冰箱里的水和饮料及红茶包都给予了补齐，绝对意外，没想到酒店还把我已经用过的补齐。由于在客厅用餐，桌面很乱，留了小费，都没收，下面有图。另外管家和前台都很热情，漂亮，大方。这次体验很不错。
