从老板服务，周边环境，房间设施，价格确定，沟通联络等方面，总体给予五星评价。
但是，发觉还有提高的空间，再努力一把，相信会做得更好。第一，客人洗浴后擦过的几条毛巾，没有及时更换，需要客人叫了之后才来换。第二，客房的两小瓶矿泉水，当天喝完之后，次日没有新的拿来，需要客人叫了之后才提供。第三，洗头液和沐浴液，即使用完了，次日也不更新。第四，扔在客房垃圾桶里的垃圾，次日也无人来清理。假如明确要让客人自己清理，也请提前告知，但实际上没有告知。第五，入住当天，淋浴时开不出热水，不得已打电话给服务台，对方才说，要客人自己动手，把热水器的开关打开，等来等去，这就耽误了不少时间。第六，夏天出汗多，客人洗衣服的次数也多，但是，客房没有晾衣架，不得已找了服务台，才给予提供。第七，服务台的服务服务热情，值得研究和提高。

这个房间跟客栈其他房间是分开的，但是其实离的很近，说话大声点都能听到（隔音不好）。作为特价房很实惠了，里面装修设备跟400多的房间是一样的。

蚊子比较多，驱蚊设备坏了也没换，主动跟老板说才有点驱蚊水。烘干机也不太好用，但是屋子里不算潮。最大亮点是院子，一家人可以喝喝茶。
