酒店職員客氣有禮貌，細心處理房間問題。房間環境景觀一流，位置較入少少，房間好大，暖氣ok,唯獨浴室水壓偏細而且入風，冬天去沖涼較凍，要快速????

非常完美的一次入住，本来定的是临街独栋。到达的时候，店家给我们免费升级为临河独栋。风景特别美丽，房内设施齐全，店家很热心周到，在阳台上可以河对面的大清邮局。来朱家角古镇买联票游玩的朋友要注意！景区4:30就关门了，我们午饭后开始游玩。下班前8个景点没玩完。结果作废了。

客栈的位置很好找（因为古镇不是太大），地铁站就在17号线就在旁边，环境棒哒哒，窗外就是一条小河，腊梅花都开了，小桥流水很美啊！老板很热情 很幽默，房间宽敞明亮，装饰的挺温馨的，床 被 很干净，洗漱用品齐全，睡的很香甜，还有，，，出客栈就是美食一条街，值得推荐

河边独栋，上下有套房，上层有露天懒人床2张，有茶桌工具，四人合适。当晚下雨雪，得0度，但暖气给力，没有臭味，不错，上下两层有独立电子门锁，方便两家庭并住。
