很满意的入住体验，大厅很大环境很好。前台服务非常热情！进门就问好倒茶，办理入住很快，每个服务人员都会主动笑着打招呼，床很舒服，深睡枕体验特别好，强烈安利！酒店还有免费停车场，停车特别方便。晚上还有自助的深夜粥太暖心了！！！退房时还给带了热水有被温暖到了～强烈推荐，期待下次入住！

The hotel is in a good location, right next to Exit 3 of Shangcheng Road Station. The rooms are clean, and the staff are all very friendly. 丸子at the front desk helped us a lot and was already assisting me with some issues even before we arrived in Shanghai. 张少also helped us resolve problems after we checked in. What I like most about this hotel is that there is a simple late-night snack available when we return in the evening. There's also a massage shop next to the hotel. We went there twice during our six-day stay.
