Love this area but room was quite noisy because it located next to the busy main road/flyover. I booked duplex unit with 2rooms (stairs is steeped). Overall stay was happy. There is no breakfast because it shares with the residences area. They have guest laundry machine (paid thru Alipay).
I like to stroling along the river for walking/biking. It is pet friendly too.

Great apartment for a family stay! A little ways out of the main part of Shanghai but close to the metro. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. We would stay here again. Just a few points of constructive feedback: Could do with some better arrival instructions to work out where the front door was (with accessible ramp for all our bags!). No bowls, plates or cutlery provided but thankfully we brought our own picnic set. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Quiet location next to river. Walking distance to subway entrance. Huge room in 2 stories, with windows on both sides. Has a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Definitely worth the low price.

We just wrapped up an 8?day stay here and we’re very happy with the experience. The apartment (2br1b) is perfect for our family of five, and the facilities (gym, lounge area, laundry room) are great. We loved the festive Christmas decor, creative and different (a teddy bear tree!) from the usual cookie cutter style. There was even a small craft corner for making Christmas charm bracelets.
The staff were amazing—from the helpful staff at reception, friendly security and housekeeping team. For example we asked for extra towels the first night and subsequently, they always replenished fresh towels with the same quantity, and we never had to repeat the request. Small gestures like these make a difference.
Location is a plus. We like that it’s not in a busy touristy area, but just beside SuHe and a short distance from a MRT station with 3 lines, a mall, supermarket and local eateries. It is also just one stop away from Shanghai Railway station - perfect for exploring Shanghai and nearby towns.

房间这么大还要什么自行车 很乾净 服务周到 过道遇上会主动打招呼 景观苏州河 周边点点外卖啥都有 出门打车也很方便
