Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for only one night, plus the following day, as we were in transit and needed accommodation close to the airport, with our flight scheduled for the evening.
The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, consisting of a separate living area and a bedroom, which made our short stay extremely relaxing. We also had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus after traveling. Despite the cold weather outside (around 3°C), the room heated up quickly and efficiently using the air conditioning system, and we felt warm and comfortable throughout our stay.
Cleanliness was excellent — the room was spotless, well-maintained, and very pleasant overall. Everything felt fresh and carefully prepared for guests.
What truly made a difference was the staff at the reception. They were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, with a very positive attitude. Communication was easy, as they spoke English well, and they were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They also kindly offered to store our luggage free of charge until our departure and provided a complimentary airport transfer, which was extremely convenient for us.
Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was an excellent choice for a short transit stay near the airport, and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

这几天入住这个酒店，体验感直接拉满！酒店整体环境清幽雅致，房间很乾净无异味，采光通风很好，待着特别舒服。早餐品类超全，现烤麪包酥脆、热粥暖胃，吃得超满足。从入住到退房，工作人员全程热情周到，有需求都能及时响应，性价比超高，下次来还选这家！

这次上海出差订了桔悦酒店，最惊喜的就是房间！整体布置温馨雅致，暖色调的灯光让人瞬间卸下疲惫。床品乾净柔软，躺上去秒睡，完全没有陌生住宿的不适感。房间里的办公桌椅高度合适，加班赶方案也不觉得累，细节处的收纳设计超贴心，行李和杂物都能整齐归置。加上酒店贴心的免费升房服务，住得比家里还舒服，下次出差还会再次入住。

Great place for a quick stop while traveling. Staff was very friendly, spoke good English. Hotel had a good atmosphere, decent breakfast. Quite close to Hongqiao airport/train station.
