注意：非必要不住这儿！
入住那天是星期六，韩国街附近很堵，我从机场打车到酒店门口，保安不让进，説没有停车位了，我説了我是酒店住客，我打车来的有行李，可是保安叫我下车自己拿行李走进去。2个人拉着两个行李凭什麽叫我们走进去？那麽酒店大堂前面的马路要来干嘛？进到酒店反映给前台一个男的説会去处理，後续没有跟进也没有给到我答覆。
後来强烈要求要见负责人，见到经理才知道他们前台和保安串通跟经理报告説的是不对的！他们説是我自己开车要进来停车，跟我説了没停车位结果还投诉！
我觉得他们怕担责以为後续我不会追究，没想到一问之下才发现是这样的情况。怪不得我一直问经理和总经理在吗，他们前台一直説没有经理和总经理的。
早餐- 虽然是送的，进来看看体验了一下，没人站前台，我也不能报房号，阿姨感觉就是普通工作，厨师出来看了一下，鸡蛋煎了那麽多，全部过熟太硬了，油条都是冷的没有保温，除了虾可以吃，没其他吃的，麪包没有用一块布盖着,麪包的黄油叫我们用小勺子来涂。感觉你们都是乱做出来，根本不在乎也没用心做，不尊重客人啊！
其实酒店真的爆满吗？建议如果没有那多人吃，可以不要一下子准备那麽多食物，也不保温啊。
房间的整体的设计偏暗，空调半夜会停而且很吵，隔音很差！洗手枱水龙头松脱，为什麽打扫阿姨没有报备，难道打扫时候不会用到水龙头吗？太夸张了。都是一羣拿着工资不做事的人。
我跟经理説要求见总经理，结果説总经理説忙，没时间见我。想问一下，就这样的酒店给你管理成这样，你在忙什麽？难道我们客人反映的问题不就是你应该忙的吗 ？为什麽我住了2天，给你2天时间你都不见我解决问题呢？你真的每天很忙的话，酒店也不至於如此！
从总经理开始到下面的人，全部不作为。我认为总经理应该被开了！除非是集团老总的亲戚咯，都眼睛瞎。HR招进来这样的人也应该负责！

Used to be a fan of this hotel before they changed. Great location near Hongqiao Airport and train station. Lots of restaurants walking distyance. Hotels are renovated, so clean and new. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Just few cons, elevator is not convenient since you share with other business floor guests. Also, lots of noise from the gym if your room is closed to 5th floor. Breakfast isn't good as before.
