第一次入住，已感受到前台和所有服务员都好好，服务到位，也很贴心，记性後强，入住很会记起客人，真的很用心耶。由於行季大多，前台李小姐很热心，还帮我发顺风。其他前台每个小姐姐都很好，很乐於帮忙客人处理事情，真的很感谢????

The place has an Serene environment with lush greenery away from the bustle and hassle of cities yet is near the Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station. it is not only the location and environment that attract me but also the staff service. As an old couple, I am not mobile phone savvy with apps, so I requested a staff Lily to help me with online vegetarian food order and she agreed to my request. She even lent me a mobile phone chargor so that I could continue to take video of an ancient residence recommended by staff.

环境：酒店离机场很近，十几分锺车程，很便捷；附近有许多餐馆，吃饭外卖都方便
服务：亲切的微笑让客人宾至如归
衞生：乾净整洁，房间挺大的，舒服；有些房间确实能看到飞机起飞
假期期间可以选择离市中心远点的酒店，性价比很高，吃住行也是方便的，反正旅游早出晚归，住得舒心才是王道

We arrived after midnight as our flight had been delayed. The taxi took about twenty minutes, it was a little hard to find tucked away behind some empty buildings. A nearby security guard helped the taxi driver find the entrance. When we arrived staff were available at reception and check-in was quick and easy.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a local phone number to connect to WiFi but reception staff helped us connect.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet, the beds were really comfy.
Breakfast was included in the price and it was ok, not much on the western food front just toast, some pastries, cold meats, which didn’t look fresh, fruit and yogurt. Plenty of local breakfast items.
Overall good value for money.

My stay at the Mercure Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout my stay, every moment was delightful. 前台服务非常热情，事无钜细的帮了我很多忙！
房间整洁清爽，很喜欢环抱式的单人靠椅。
虽然靠机场，但是房间里却很安静，酒店还怕吵提供了耳塞，我觉得真的不需要。
周边步行范围内各种店都有，看到旁边的星光天地里有羽毛球馆，我都後悔自己没有带装备来。

服务很好，但是衞生和淋浴设施需要改进（淋浴的把手要使出洪荒之力才能打开，关闭的时候不当心掰过头，穿好衣服发现在漏水，後去掰正的时候，淋了一身水）在贵司的来电已经详细説明，希望後面的客户能体验到你们的改善。

酒店很好，是我愿意再住一次的酒店。入门的鲜花是漂亮的一角，酒店香香的，很好闻。衞生也很棒，酒店工作人员也很礼貌友善，服务态度也很棒。早餐自助餐很多口味任我选择，酒店很安静，非常适合大家入住，十分推荐！

非常满意，完全超出预期，大家可以放心订房入住，房间很大，房间内很乾净，每天免费提供两瓶矿泉水三瓶小饮料，有迷你小冰箱。服务也很贴心，方方面面都考虑得很周到，有免费自助洗衣机，各种各样的方便和快捷。非常好，下次去上海还会继续考虑入住！
