It was so clean and nice! The next time I visit Shanghai, I was 100% willing to visit again, the blanket was cozy, and most of all, the bathroom was clean. And the staff was so kind. ????????

适合商务出差，酒店大堂很宽敞，装修也不错，有三个半开放式的小包间，还有开放区域的两个长桌子，方便会客，而且都是可以免费使用的。也有专门的会议厅，可以做正式的会议讨论。另外可以自助打印，这个太有用了。房间里面也很整洁，窗户不临街，晚上挺安静的。楼梯口有不限量的瓶装水自取。酒店服务也很好。吃饭出门右走六七分钟有小店，桂林米饭，云南米线之类。

This Yitel is very cozy and convenient. Hotel provides free meeting and small function room for guests. Room is very clean, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Coffee,tea, bottle water are also provided. Most importantly, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Xiao Wei and his colleagues really helped us, even use their phone to book taxi and prepaid for us as we cannot handle Alipay very well. Very satisfied with the hotel.

乾净，服务也不错，药谷就在对面，非常近。地铁也不算太远。唯一就是隔音不好，楼道外面説话能听到，厕所冲水声音清晰还特别大。

非常满意，房间很大很乾净，物品一应俱全，住的很舒服，前台人员也很热情，酒店大堂看着很敞亮乾净，买东西也很方便，因为来考试定的，住的很好，希望考试也一样顺利！！

房间的浴头是有问题的，洗澡的时候，放上去总是会掉。洗澡的浴室地板挺滑的，但是不提供防滑垫，有点担忧啊
酒店周围吃饭的地方需要好好找

酒店发现传説中的南方大号蟑螂，长接近4厘米那种，半夜1点直接爬在了脖子上，吓得直接原地蹦起，身边的手机掉地上裂屏了。蟑螂速度极快，而且不怕人，从床上溜达到了天花板，身边没有趁手的工具，当场就崩溃了，哪见过这麽大蟑螂。以前听説南方蟑螂走路是有脚步声的，我还不信，现在真印证了，真的很恐怖。立马电话前台，要求换房。半夜收拾东西，拿着房卡去前台换房卡，折腾完快2点了才躺下，心有余悸，凑乎了一夜，没怎麽睡，第二天一早就退房了，并投诉了酒店。後来酒店经理开电话，解释他们会定期消杀，并捉住了蟑螂，并説尽快会安排消杀，蟑螂应该是下水道进来的。就此事，没做更多要求，我认为表面发现一只蟑螂，背後不确定隐藏的还有多少，也折射酒店的衞生管理存在问题。我没要求索赔，也不在乎索赔，只希望酒店能进一步重视。总之体验感很糟糕，晚上没休息好，影响了第二天的工作和心情。

环境：酒店广场地面翻修，噪音堪忧，早上8:00前不需要闹钟叫醒，晚上18:30前别回酒店休息。 遇到雨天，广场抛完砖後的地面布满水坑、泥坑，走起来裤腿全是泥点子，酒店没有任何措施。
