Just stayed one night for transit flight.
Hotel seems very new and clean compared with other usual Chinese hotels.
Bed mattresses was softer than normal Chinese beds and which was very helpful for my back pain I usually have.
I didn’t use children play ground and gym but looks very nice as well.
Breakfast was amazing. I liked Chinese style noodle space that stuff make quickly just for me.
Most of stuff did not understand English but they always tried to use translation app and communication was much smoother than I expected.
They were very friendly and very nice to me all the time.
Overall, I would stay this hotel again if I have another chance to come Shanghai.
Just remind, if you wanna enjoy Shanghai city, here is not appropriate hotel for the propose but if you just stay one night for transit, I highly recommend here.

Good hotel near the airport. Has free shuttle to airport and Disney land, very convenient. Also comes with hotel breakfast. Would totally recommend.

The hotel is really comfortable. They have a beautiful Children Park. Very useful to go want to go children's parks. The staff is very kind. Always ready to assist you and help you. This is my second time. And I will keep on coming

Best hotel for Disneyland, great service for shuttle bus, spacious room, great breakfast, attentive staff….. Thanks for all to make our journey stay at the hotel so pleasant.

衞生：酒店房间很乾净！！！喜欢衞生间的乾湿分离，而且走廊的味道也很好闻
环境：环境很好，性价比很高！给了香蕉和橘子，好好吃。早餐也很不错，热腾腾的好喜欢。
服务：前台姐姐们很热情，超级温柔！还有接送的叔叔也是。服务超级好！！

云合夜泊酒店一如既往的舒适，很重要的是上海这家云合夜泊真的做到了快捷酒店的价格，星级酒店的服务！非常的棒！餐食也非常不错，房间有免费的水果，全部工作人员非常热情耐心，强烈推荐！！在我订酒店以後主动联系我确认是否需要接机服务，确定好航班号安排接机，即使早晨退房，晚上也可以送机，整题的服务真的做到了热情耐心，非常愉快的一次出行！

送孩子出国，头天晚上 23:30 才能到店，第二天 13:30 飞美国，为了能睡个好觉、第二天再吃好点的早餐，特意选了云和夜泊浦东机场店。
体验很好，完全满足要求。
因为晚上到的晚，给升级了亲子房，房间面积更大，有一大一小两张床。服务员给送行李到房间，解释了各项开关用法。有香蕉、橘子和梨子的欢迎水果。衞生间干、湿分离，洗澡水温度合适。洗手间门可以移动，方便大人在衞生间时监控小孩子的动向，虽然我们不需要。
房间很安静，晚上没听到噪音，早上被鸟叫吵醒的，原来窗户外面有条河。
早餐不错，煮麪条和馄饨的阿姨态度很好。有专门的婴儿座椅，小孩儿餐具。
服务员态度很好，预约了 10 点 去浦东机场的班车，到点发车，司机帮忙安置行李箱。
总之，满意。
小小建议：房间里多放一个垃圾桶，现在只有衞生间有个垃圾桶，多少有点不甚方便

非常便利的酒店，机场有接机服务司机大叔主动帮忙拿行李。 当晚入住前台服务热情 ，观察到每位入住宾客皆可做到一对一服务送回房间。 早起走廊阿姨可以主动打招呼，一楼管家迎上前送去餐厅贴心问询入住感受。 房间整洁舒适，预订的特价房都有欢迎水果，前台小哥哥主动帮忙连结Wi-Fi。Ctrip 4.9 当之无愧。
