  赠送的接机服务，早餐很合口味，主食很丰盛，水果糕点炒菜，一应俱全，还有个小机器人，非常可爱。感谢宋丽鲜阿姨的热情，帮忙烫的粉很好吃，很棒的一次入住体验。

  所先地位置离机场太远，携程上注明4公里左右实际十公里左右，沾机场店的光有对客人欺诈行为！在坐车过程中来回两个司机，都称这是个鸟不拉屎的地方！而且设施及服务极差！

  衞生一塌糊涂的酒店，带孩子去日本，因为是早晨的飞机?，就预订了桔子酒店，想着连锁酒店应该不会差，谁知道，就睡了6小时的房间，我手臂，腿上，背部都被咬了这种，又疼又痒，朋友另外一个房间第二天也是同样的情况！请问这种衞生你为什麽敢让客人入住！

  Our complaint is the bathroom smells. It smells like sewerage. We don’t know where the smell comes from. Front desk is friendly. Picking up service is convenient.

  Great location for airport and shuttle bus is very convenient and much appreciated. Staff were super friendly and helpful which was really appreciated. Rooms themselves however did not look as if they had been properly cleaned and also smelled, which let down the stay unfortunately.

  Great hotel to stay in when travelling, it’s not far from the airport. Their service was amazing, the hotel also provides shuttle but to the airport.
