入住时就马上给我房间升级（行政套房）一个人住太大了点，心情好美丽。酒店走廊很清新香味，一点宠物味道都没有。房间更是非常舒适。因为第二天要带猫猫血清去日本，冰袋需要冷冻第二天用，酒店虽然告诉我没有客户用的，应该是看到我很失落，前台马上给我回电説可以帮我冷冻几个，太感动了??非常推荐宠物家长来住。

This hotel was quite convenient and walking distance to all the hip places, Columbia circle, yuyuan street. The room itself was large in fact too large. The shower was great and the cleaning was good too. Thought a little more attention could be paid for extra cleanliness. The hotel itself is new, so everything was still pristine.

Sparkling new hotel that's pet friendly with spacious rooms. Nestled in a neighbourhood with lots of delicious eateries and restaurants. Particularly love the cafe Silverflow at the lobby where hotel guests can get discounted coffee/tea delivered to their room.

I want to give my deep appreciation to David who goes beyond his responsibilities at the counter. I was asking him for places of interest and he introduced me many places after doing some research. Also he helped me to book grab when my phone is not able to do so. He is helpful, and sensitive to the guests’ needs. All the other counter staff (I didn’t get their names) are also very friendly and extend their help when requested. It makes my stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

新开的，网图看着不错想着凭直觉试一次，挺好的，交通方便，很近的地方就有71路公交去外滩、南京路这些地方，而且坐的人少都有座位，房间隔音好，这是我带父母旅游最注重的细节之一，另外一个就是衞生一定要好，不好的地方我老爸澡都不愿意洗??，这个酒店马桶、窗帘、夜灯都是智能的，衞生巾也乾净，建议定豪华大床，能多出来一点活动空间。另外，这次住的酒店大堂有个小咖啡店，对客人打折，我每天买三杯，南瓜拿铁，桂花酒酿拿铁，海盐芝士拿铁喝的太幸福，舍不得这个小咖啡店，品种也多还没喝完的感觉，爱咖啡的人适合，不远处就有一个排队的老弄堂麪馆，沪西老弄堂，吃饭也还算方便，还有一家价格特别实惠的老头老太太汤包店，吃饭有一半都在附近解决。

酒店位置很好找 周围吃饭出行非常便捷 最为重要的是 房间乾净整洁 入住期间非常安静 原本很想续住 可是没有房间了…… 另外，特别要提出，前台张管家态度很好！！！ 下次来上海 还会选择这里的 请一定一定要保持现在的水准！！！
