环境衞生服务都非常好，唯独隔音，实在是太一般了，晚上10:30隔壁小姑娘嘻嘻哈哈，讲话听得一清二楚，影响孩子睡觉，下次安排房间，如果房间充足，可以考虑间隔开安排房间，这样对于客户来説，体验感会更棒。其他方面都不错，算是桔子水晶的天花板了

房间很不错，套房有2个电视，2个衞生间，挺乾净的，唯一美中不足的是稍微有点烟味，但是后来回来的很晚就没换。不过管家非常积极，説如果当时及时反馈会给换房间，还有伴手礼。

Orange Crystal Hotel (Minbei Road, Minhang) is now my favourite in Shanghai. The rooms are clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed, with simple, neutral décor. Their use of technology and sustainability is also commendable.
What truly sets them apart is the kindness and attentiveness of the front desk staff—I’ve been upgraded without any extra charge multiple times, simply because they cared about my wellbeing.
It may not be the most luxurious hotel, but for a kind, reliable, and comfortable stay, it’s hard to beat.

定的双床房，体验感很高，冰箱里面有水，饮料，另有咖啡，茶饮可以自行冲
洗漱用品也不错。
吹风机也很给力
前台服务很好外卖也有给机器人送上
位置打车15分钟可以到机场，动车站方便优秀！

房间很棒，桔子一贯的高标准。住店喜欢选择桔子水晶，房间大，还有香薰。比较惊喜的是早餐，味道很棒，每天都吃的很开心，米粉很不错。服务也很好，一直都微笑服务，从前台到客房负责的工作人员，会一直支持
