房间没有洗手液，没有梳子，让服务员送了一趟。二楼只有一床被子，让服务员再送一套被子，服务员嫌多次送，态度非常不好，説话阴阳怪气，送来的是被芯和被罩，被芯好脏，还有血渍，第一次在酒店还得自己套被罩…
