到上海虹桥机场转机无意间网上订到的，整体表现不错。前台服务小姐姐态度亲切，积极服务！推！！！！房间也打扫非常乾净！！！唯一稍微改善的地方是，厕所乾湿分离的门没有办法全部紧闭，要报修理。

Booked this hotel as I wanted to try the newly opened 市域线 City Airport Rail Link, linking Hongqiao to Pudong Airport in 40 minutes. This hotel is located directly opposite the Link Reit Mall, and can be reached by the metro directly, so it is really convenient. Qibao Old street is just around the corner.
Room was really small, and as I had tugged along my largest luggage, I find it challenging to fully open my luggage to pack my belongings. However, this was pretty much expected when I booked the room, so no surprise there. Other than that, the rooms are well kept, and the staffs were friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great option if just using it as a "transit station" for 1 night.

I really like this hotel so much! The staff are all friendly and helpful. The vibe is very cozy like home. All the facilities are clean, modern, and well-prepared. Last but not least, it's really close to a subway station which is only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel, a very big shopping mall where any brands can be found here, and a traditional market where souvenirs as well as everything can be bought there! Next time I go to Shanghai, I'll stay at this hotel again for sure! ??

酒店地理位置比较好，就在七宝地铁站对面。房间比较小，客房服务热情，电梯只有一个，要等一会儿。旁边就是七宝古镇，晚上去逛逛散步挺好的。

服务：非常好，由于感冒喝水量比较大，第一次问客房阿姨多要一瓶水，阿姨主动说多拿几瓶给了三瓶。挺不好意思的，结果第二晚连住的时候阿姨又给我多放了两瓶水，可能是看到我的需求比较大的原因吧……
细节服务真的很满意。
设施：枕头超舒服，不是那种虚胖的枕头，床垫很厚，软硬适度。
