Location is good and convenience, nearby shopping mall just across the road can be access to subway.

交通挺好的。附近很热闹还有商场呢。很热闹 还有面大厅前台也很大。房间也挺干净的。睡得挺好的。
隔音还行吧。手机我在上海第三次住宿觉得睡最好的酒店??

Arrived at the hotel late at night but the hotel staff kindly helped us check in. Took a while to locate the entrance of the hotel, it was inconspicuously hidden (had to take the lift at the corner of the 1st floor (next to a food store that opens late night) up to the 5th floor for the lobby - the lift area on the 1st floor wasn’t very brightly lit at night). Throughout our 4 night stay, we had to change rooms as there were some issues with the room (1st room wasn’t very clean and the water heater had some temperature consistency issue - which we realized later on this might be a building issue). But the housekeeping lady was very nice about it and showed us to our next room, and gave us some tips on the shower heater and all. Thank you hotel staff for accommodating to our various requests!
Also as I ordered some stuff from a Chinese shopping platform, the parcels were delivered and kept in the storage room that they have near the reception. It’s self collection mostly, but on one of the occasion I had difficulty locating my parcel and one of the hotel staff kindly assisted me with the search. Thank you once again!
Location wise, one of the metro station entrances is opposite the hotel, so it was pretty convenient when we were heading out. However, the surrounding areas isn’t very luggage-friendly (uneven floors, narrow pathways, etc), so if you are carrying lots of luggages then taking a cab might be more feasible to get to your next destination (e.g. airport, train station…).

住的是5033，进门有股难闻的气温，应该是从厕所发出来的。一晚上都开着排风扇和空气净化器。
隔音非常不好，两个隔壁说话都能听见，旁边就是酒店大厅，居然跟餐厅是一起的，第一次见过这样的混搭，携程咋平的分，不考察？
毛巾和浴巾特别软，不是柔软，而是被用了太久磨软了。
早餐象征性有几个外面买的蛋糕，还好有咖啡，咖啡杯拿了两个，一个比一个脏。用纸杯，居然是如家的logo，搞笑@-@

没有窗户，房间内空气很不好，而且晚上空调还被关了。睡觉的时候明明记得开了空调，结果起床发现空调被关了，自己房间空调开关也不起作用。后面去前台报维修，结果没来人，五分钟后空调自行打开了。这种后台直接关房间空调的行为，实在不能理解。没见过那个酒店这么操作过

The hotel was not easy to find.. take the elevator to the 5 floor.. no names in English on the building. Everything else is nice. the walls are thin and not soundproof

good experience, nice room and good location. but please pay attention on cleanliness in buffet area especially in night when we are getting warm noodles. we tell the staff about a cockroach but they do nothing.
